What happens to your message
Your message is stored securely on our web server, outside the public part of the site, so we can read it and reply. It is deleted automatically after 12 months. To stop spam, the server also keeps a scrambled version of your IP address for one hour. It cannot be turned back into the address. The privacy policy has the full details, including how to ask us to delete your message sooner.
Corrections and broken links
If you found an error, tell us the page and what you think is wrong, with a source if you have one. For a broken link or download, include the page address and the device or browser you used.
